Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your items back into their original zip-lock bags and secure them in the shipping mailer, ensuring all original tags are intact.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your proof of postage; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
